FPC  Staff & Leadership

The staff at FPC is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for every single person in the church. If you have questions for any of us, feel free to reach out and email or call the office.

  • Chris DiVietro

    Senior Pastor

Chris was raised in southern New Jersey and attended Allegheny College where he met his wife, Liz. Chris and Liz have been married for 10 years and have three children: Aletheia, Judah, and Evangeline; they have four, if you include their yellow lab Samson. Chris attended Reformed Theological Seminary and has his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Johnson University. The DiVietros like to hike, garden, watch sports, and read.

  • Liesel Ackley

    Director of Worship Ministries

Liesel grew up in the Reading area and has a rich background in instrumental music. She studied Music Education at Eastern University, then taught for a few years before studying at Palmer Seminary. Liesel is ordained in our denomination, ECO, and currently serves as a Senior Chaplain at Reading Hospital. She and her husband, Micah, share a love of music and worship. They have a daughter, Emma, and a corgi mix, Zoe. Dogs, comic books, and iced coffee have a special place in Liesel's heart.

  • Natalie Knowles

    Director of Children’s Ministry

Natalie is small town farm girl who has a love for kids, animals, crafts and the outdoors with a true passion for Children's Ministry. She has a diverse background in childcare, education and ministry and a desire to make a positive impact on the community and the next generation. Natalie makes Children's Ministry at FPC exciting, fun, adventurous, and a place where your child wants to be. She likes to be creative and solve puzzles and shares her life with her dog, Tucker Lee.

  • Kim-Marie Coon

    Business Manager

Kim-Marie is the FPC Business Manager. A former business owner herself, she has college degrees and coursework in several subjects not even vaguely relevant to the job. (But she has them and her father should be proud.) She is responsible for the daily operations at FPC as well as graphic design and marketing. Her life is fueled by coffee and is shared with her high maintenance dog, Augie.
